I took the time to choose each ingredient for the sandwich; I did not get it. I even asked for “extra toasted” but it did not matter, I received an almost cold sandwich. I asked for some packets(sauce), but I did not see any. I just have one question for you: Why put all those pretty options to choose from online if you are going to make it the way you want to anyway? Look at the pictures. Does that scream “extra toasted” or “yummy” to you?

Overall, this is a great firehouse location. I was immediately greeted. All the employees were friendly. The restaurant was clean. They are on par for what you expect from firehouse. My only complaint is that I requested olives on my sub and they were forgotten. Other than that, I would return. Personal preferences: #1 meatball, #2 beef and cheddar, #3 close tie between cajun chicken and hook and ladder.

I went to firehouse for the first time because I’m allergic to gluten and they now offer the gluten free bun. The staff was more than helpful to assist me and they used clean utensils and changed their gloves to make sure there was no cross contamination which I appreciate as most restaurants become frustrated when I mention my allergy. I really appreciate their kindness and the sandwich was great !

A little upset I had my mouth fixed on getting a club on the sub and they missed most of the Ingredients of the sandwich, plus it’s messy like it was thrown together.. And being I ordered through Uber eats it’s even more upsetting due to a partial refund. I’m expecting; and I really wanted the sandwich not the money..

Been here for over 40 minutes now waiting on my food. Two of the employees have been rude. Pretty sure one is the manager. We’ve watched about 8 people who ordered after me get their food. I bought $45 worth of food and tipped 20%. Unacceptable service. Not gonna lie sandwich is good though.
