Food is fine. But my BIGGEST complaint about this place is that it is literally 90° inside and is miserable. And I’m talking in the middle of winter I’m sweating inside this place. This needs to be dealt with, and I cannot imagine how the employee must feel.

The prices are completely insane. I understand that everything has gone up, but that doesn’t make it ok or reasonable. Also, chopped pickle is horrible- I know it’s probably a budget thing, but they make sliced pickles for sandwiches for a good reason. The kids sandwich size is also unreasonable- if you’re charging ten bucks for a sandwich smaller than a slice of sunbeam, the normal size of a sandwich that kids eat- it’s time to revaluate. I should be able to feed my seven year old enough with a kids meal, but that size is for a four year old. Children expend energy growing and living life, they can’t exist off of half an orange and an imagined cheeseburger like adults can. I miss Jimmy John’s.

The subs were pretty good, not great. The service was disappointing. I ordered on their app. When I got there they handed me a bag with one sub in it. I had ordered two. After questioning them, they found I had ordered two and gave me the second. Also, since this was my first order on their app, I had a reward of a large drink. They said a drink wasn’t on my order but offered charge me for one. I declined. The manager could tell I was getting annoyed and gave me a drink. Lastly, it’s seems overpriced. The medium is about the same size as a 6 inch from Subway but costs almost 50% more. I may try it again as this was the first time I’d been there in years but overall I wasn’t impressed.

Usually this place is very good! But for some reason when my husband went to grab myself and him a sub for dinner, the employees were very angry it seemed. They seemed to be in a rush, despite there being no one at the place, and they asked him “Last one??” like they wanted to close early, even though they close at 9pm.. and it was only about 5pm.
