I ordered two salads from here and they were full of moldy lettuce. I had to throw most of it away. Maybe change out your produce so you’re not serving spoiled produce.

I went to Firehouse Subs on a whim because I normally love their Italian and Grilled Chicken Salad. Like always, I ordered the salad with no tomato, add banana peppers, and was very disappointed to receive the salad with both tomato, and zero banana peppers. I just wish when it is busy, the employees can pay attention to my order. It makes my lunch not as enjoyable.

Literally the only reason we came here on the east coast vs a subway was due to the sauces. I get that some customers might still paranoid about covid but if you don’t trust the sauces don’t use them. Pretty lame they are still doing this.

Came in at 12:10 for lunch. No big line nor a lot of people sitting down yet. Placed my order and sat down. It’s been 30 minutes and zero of the ten customers now in the dining area have received their food. They keep working on online orders. Clearly they have no organization to manage online vs in store orders. Major disappointment.

Very friendly employees. I’m gluten free (non celiac) and love that they use Schar gluten free rolls for a gluten free bread option! $2 upcharge is pricy but the sandwich is a good size. My favorite is the beef and cheddar brisket.

The kid that was making the sandwiches Monday was fantastic! He put lettuce on my sandwich and I had requested no lettuce. He went above and beyond to make it right, his customer service was amazing! I wish I would have gotten his name. We need more people in customer service like him!

Rainy day. Nothing beats a hot Hero sub with Captain Sorenson’s sauce and a bowl of potato soup. Great service good atmosphere.
