Ordered a meatball sub and Bottled Water through Doordash. When I received the sub it was meat,cheese,and bread!!!! WHY can’t we actually get a sub that looks like the picture. I like my meatball sub saucy,that’s the whole point of meatball sub. When ever I order there again I’ll make sure to go in person to physically see my food.

Pretty bummed about our most recent trip. We ordered 2 Steak and Cheese subs fully involved, according to the website they come with onions and bell peppers. When we got home we found our subs were made with the wrong bread and included only steak and cheese. The store was completely empty and there was plenty of time before close, so I’m not sure how the order got messed up. This isn’t typical of Firehouse, so I’m really hoping future visits are better.

Ordered 8 sandwiches online with an eta of 10:50. Showed up around 10:55. Store opens around 10:30. I get there, doors locked. No open sign. So I sit and wait. Enjoy the day and listen to my podcast. About 11:15 another car pulls up and they go in a different door. Ok. I feel a little dumb. Didn’t even see that. Don’t live in Gaffney. Don’t eat in Gaffney. Had never been here before. But they saw me pull on the door. They saw me sitting outside. They could have told me hey dippie go around. My plant employees like this place but since it’s my card paying for it, I’m putting it on the no list. Sorry! Not cool. Guess they lucked out by me going to get the food today!

Food was good,Wife and I had coupons from T Mobile girl rung up my wife’s order then it was my turn I had trouble with my TMoile App the girl behind counter helped me rung up my order wife and I found a seat. Girl brought out my wife’s order with the free hook and ladder sandwich and brought out my sandwich without the free hook and ladder. When my wife asked they said I didn’t order it. So not needing to cause a scene we ate our sandwiches and took our Hook and ladder home to our Nephew. Other than that it was an awesome place and I probably wouldn’t be writing this review had the girl behind the counter not helped me with my coupon
