Look I normally love this place, but it has severely fallen in quality recently. They are slicing the bread all the way through instead of hinging. ALL of the insides are becoming outsides. You lift up your sandwich and everything is falling out, no matter how carefully you pick it up. All onto your lap. I dont want to pay for a sandwich and laundry. Big time Fail. Please get these guys to do it proper and I will change my review.

Google needs to add two more $ to their description of this chain. You cannot get a sandwich and a drink for under $10. Tried ordering a large sandwich and a drink and was nearly$30. I said something rude and left to eat somewhere else. Haven’t been back. It’s a shame because they were my favorite sub place for a few years now.

Customer service wasn’t the best upon arrival. The young lady taking my order did not seem interested but rather annoyed. My sub was soggy and cold. Best part was the brownie. Haven’t had Firehouse in a while and really looked forward to a fresh hot sub.
