Ordered veg sandwich for dinner on 8/12 thru mobile and received the sandwich with a piece of meat on it. Had to throw the entire sandwich to trash. Will not come here again.

We came in for lunch and was greeted immediately by a guy in a grey shirt and green cap. He took our orders professionally and was so kind. After we sat down and got our orders he came by and asked how was everything and if he could do anything. I really appreciate the caring he showed. When we left I had left my bag on the seat and called to see if it was still there. He said he had it and was waiting for us to come by and get it. When I got there he greeted me at the door and handed me my bag. The food and customer service and honestly this is the best firehouse in the area hands down!!!

Not sure why this location does not have higher reviews. My wife and I were in here tonight and had a great experience. I ordered the Italian and she ordered the Spicy Cajun Chicken and both of us loved our sandwiches. We even asked ourselves why we don’t make it back here more often. We dined in and one thing that really stood out was during down moments when the staff were not helping customers they all seemed to be cleaning something which was very encouraging to see and everyone was very friendly. We will absolutely be back. One constructive suggestion we personally would like to see in the future is a baby changing station in the restroom. We have a 5 week year old who needed changing and just had to wait until we finished our dinner and made it back to the car. This does not affect our overall experience merely a suggestion for families like ours in similar situations.

The dining area is filthy- flies swarming around the food prep area really gets your appetite going. The food is trash and not made with love whatsoever. Nobody even acknowledges you when you walk into the restaurant. They all hate their jobs, CLEARLY.
