Used to be our favorite sandwich in town. We hadn’t been for awhile and it was disappointing. We got the large sub and the meat was so skimpy it was barely 1 layer and only cover 1/2 the sandwich. Bread was also not the best anymore. Such a bummer

I would not recommend working or eating here. The owner is a grumpy old lady that bosses people around all day her name is Karen. Her daughter Brittany is the “GM” for the store she’s the one with the long nasty fake nails on. They don’t follow any of the food safety rules they let meat and produce sit out for hours with no refrigeration. They don’t know how to train people so 99% of the time you will be waiting for at least 20 mins to get your 1 sandwich, which will probably be soggy and gross. I worked there for almost a year and nothing ever changed they don’t care about any of their employees and honestly I’m just waiting for the day this place closes down it’ll be for the better.

This is a very disgusting vial restaurant, from the owners, all the way down to how the food is handled, and stored. The owner, an old woman with glasses, her name is Karen. She is very rude to customers, she talks down to them and about them as soon as they leave. She treats her employees like trash, and she employs her family from Medford who come in and pocket money from the cash register. The wait times are awe full because every person working will always be brand new. She can’t keep employees because of how horrible she is. She gives them bare minimum training and then throws them on the line to make the food. The next time you think “I can go for fire house subs right now” just remember you aren’t supporting your local firemen, you’re supporting a disgusting family that treats customers and staff horribly. I can only hope that this business gets bought by a new owner because as long as it’s ran by the current one, it will never be good.

I had another terrible experience at firehouse subs today. I waited in line for atleast 15 minutes for one person to order and the cashier kept messing up and having to restart and you could tell he did not want to be there. While that was happening there was another open register and a worker just standing to the side staring out the window not helping the other guy in front of me. They then called up the next guy and after taking 5 minutes for him to order one sandwich they couldn’t figure out his point system so that took more time while the other worker just stood there not doing anything. Every time I go here it’s so slow and takes 30 + minutes to get one sandwich. Staff is super unhelpful and doesn’t even seem like they’re there.

Placed an online order wasn’t ready until 20 minutes after pick up. Girl working register was too busy coming around front to feed a service dog deli meat, even handed the mall security guard a cup to get a free drink. I really like their sandwiches, but may never comeback. Just not appealing anymore. Update: got home & order was not as placed. Giant receipt on bag did not reflect how sandwiches were made.

They make decent sized subs here, if you don’t have an enormous appetite you could probably split this with someone else. Precautionary note however, I ordered the hero sub with extra pepper ranch dressing and it was way too much in the sauce department. Stick to what they have figured out for the sauces. I like being able to add on the extra veggies for no extra cost. Good Italian sub too. I ordered online and noticed they had more chip options inside so keep an eye out for that, I’m sure they’d let you swap them out.

I ordered some sandwiches for lunch for me and this girl I’m seeing Tracy. Well after waiting an extra 45 min past the delivery time. We got these tiny sandwiches no larger than a biscuit. Tracy’s was so dry I had to break off my own mayonnaise. Which she then said tasted sour and left me.

I used to think Subway was the worst until I ate this. I was at a training today and this was the food provided it was 30 minutes late and it was the worst sandwich I’ve ever had. Luckily the sandwiches are so small it wasn’t that much of a waste to throw it in the trash.
