I went to purchase four sandwiches three medium, one large three were the Philly cheesesteak one was a hook and ladder. When all these sandwiches we asked for no mustard and when we got our sandwiches and started eating them they had all mustard. Me and my daughters are allergic to mustard so we ended up having a very bad allergic reaction due to the carelessness of your establishment because you guys could not take an order properly and whenever I called your establishment that night no one wanted to answer the phone. So I called the next day and I was told because I didn’t have the sandwiches but there was nothing that you could do and accused me of trying to swindle you guys. I thought that it was extremely rude and then you guys told me that your store manager told you not to call me back. I thought that was extremely rude. Then you took my number down and told me that your store manager called me. He never did the advice I can give to anybody that is reading this. Don’t go to this establishment. They’re not family friendly. They do not take orders properly. They’re nasty and I will never waste my money or my time on this place ever again. To be totally honest, I might never support firehouse ever again the establishment. I can’t believe that I was treated like a criminal over the phone. How rude. I don’t know how you think you’re supposed to treat people. That is definitely not the way. I’m a mom of three girls and one boy. I work hard for my money just like you do. That is not the way you treat. Somebody do better. Shame one fire house in Statesboro. Shame on you. Shame on the store manager. Shame on the employee. Shame on the cashiers I’m done

I’ve been to firehouse only a handful of times and always get the Sweet & Spicy Meatball sub. However today, not only was the customer service great, but that was the best sub I think I’ve ever eaten! The cheese was perfectly coating the top of the sub and that sauce is delicious! Thank you guys for serving an outstanding sub and being so amazing while doing it.

Ordered a sandwich (the Engineer) and waited nearly 25 minutes for the sandwich to be prepared. Although the sub was fantastic, I was utterly unsatisfied with the length of service as there were few customers in the restaurant.

Their toasted club sub is amazing! I do get mine with all the toppings it comes with and I love it! It’s perfectly juicy and all the flavors fit together! Ham turkey bacon cheese lettuce tomato onions sauces…. My husband gets the New York Steamer (pastrami & corned beef brisket) sandwich and it is very juicy and filled with alot of meat! The bread is always soft and warm and it almost had a hint of sweet taste. Great sandwiches!

I do like the subs and here and they have good quality ingredients. However, it doesn’t seem the same now as it was a couple years ago. It seems like it takes forever to get your food and their is more disorganized staff than before. Maybe a shift in management?? I’ll continue to go because the food is good, just not when I’m in a hurry.
