Have never had a bad experience. The food is always freshly sliced. The sandwiches are perfectly crafted. The staff was very friendly. The prices are reasonable. I usually get the Hook and Ladder, but the Brisket sandwich is also a favorite of mine. My friend got the cheese steak and at the recommendation of one of the staff added mushrooms. He said it was probably one of the best subs he has ever had. Will return next time I’m in the area!

I love firehouse subs, I come to this one regularly, but I dont think I will anymore. The last three times I’ve gone there they have messed up my order. The first time they straight up made the wrong sandwich entirely, the last two times they have put stuff on my sandwich i specifically asked to not have. The employees seemed more preoccupied with their own conversations than properly making the order, and blatantly used foul language in the presence of customers. I’m not trying to be a Karen here, but the customer experience genuinely lacks.

Didn’t put no brisket meat on my triple stack. Sandwich was sloppy made and ordered a side of macaroni and cheese she gave me my sandwich but had to ask about my side of macaroni that wasn’t even ready.

Best Subs around, there all very good! Staff is really friendly , welcomes you when you arrive! Sometimes there short staffed, but the employees they do have are great, hard workers! Management need to make sure it fully staffed to avoid making there employes do 3 people’s job!! Overall it’s a great place to eat!
