This was my first time at firehouse subs, and I have to say it was absolutely shocking, how good it was. I had no idea what to order, but I called it in and the person who answered was very kind and help me decide what to order very quickly. She suggested the Hook and ladder sandwich on wheat bread. That’s turkey and ham with some veggies and mayo. That bread was spectacular very soft, fresh wonderful. The sandwich was put together perfectly and I meant to take more pictures but I couldn’t because I ate it too quickly!! I also got potato soup for tomorrow’s lunch and a couple of bags of chips. Go check it out take a friend. You’ll thank me later!

I love the NY steamer they were out of everything today besides turkey and ham and wouldn’t even give a discount still cost 65$ with no courteousy for their lack of responsibility to keep products stocked! Ps. Came back 4x and they are still out of.meat!!

Manager and young lady was very nice and quick, no cheesesteak, out of several things, bottle pop cooler had 2 choices ( Coke Zero or diet).. and there is no way that little sub, chips and drink is worth $12. Nope. More like $7-8.. last time I stop Not 1 person there at lunchtime?

The sandwich and chili was descent. But I started to feel like I was on a hidden camera prank show. There was only a couple ahead of me but it ended up taking almost half an hour total. He makes their 2 sandwiches, starts doing something else before he ever ask for my order. Meanwhile there’s another worker walking around talking on the phone. Didn’t even acknowledge me. The food is okay, but honestly I probably won’t be going back. Nothing great and awful service.

This place used to be amazing. Great staff. Decent prices. They helped the local firefighters. Now only the last thing is credible. The prices are way high. Staff look miserable and they barely take pride in their store anymore. It’s a shame because it used to be one of my favorites.

This time the service was good, but the meat on our sandwiches was pretty skimpy. Easily half of what we used to get here. In addition, the chips offered in the combo meal is now a smaller size and we were charged the same price for our meal, even though they were out of large drink cups. We also missed the TV that always played in the corner. The “music” playing was just annoying. Checking this off our list, for this area, but we’ll still go to the one we enjoy when we visit our grandkids in Cincinnati.
