Horrible experience my wife order over the phone wil I drove to pick it up they told her ready in 10 mins got there and was ignored for bout 10 mins at the register by Sara the manger finally paid and preced to wait for 45 mins I went up to counter to ask why its taking so long they discovered my order sitting there for who knows how long I asked to have my food comped cause of there negligence and was given refund and my food taken back thrown away by sara at firehouse this is the second time this same exact thing has happened to me

Would give zero if I could. Our pick up was at 8:10pm and didn’t get it until 8:40. Was told when we got there on time that it would be 10 minutes so we waited 10 minutes in the car and went back in and was told “we will get started on it”. They flat out lied to us. This will be the first and last time we go there.

Extreamly disappointed. I’m originally from the East coast, and I don’t expect to get an amazing cheesesteak in Colorado. However this cheesesteak was just depressing. As you can see, there was almost no steak on my sandwich and it really lacked in flavor. This was my first time trying a “Fireman worthy” sandwich and it failed to meet any expectations. I paid $16 (which included delivery) but honestly I wouldn’t have even paid $5 for this sandwich. On top of that, I asked for lettuce and my request was completely ignored. I was really looking forward to trying Firehouse subs after all the commercials I’ve heard on the radio, but I don’t think I’ll bother ordering from here again.

Been coming here since it originally open in the last year the food has gone downhill last two times where I’ve been here sandwiches have been very far under par today my beef brisket sandwich was cold all the way through and mushy time to find a new place to eat I guess
