I had the Italian on gluten free bread. The sandwich and service were good. The gluten free bread is soft. There are plenty of tables, but most people seem to place the orders “to go”. The drink selections were limited as it seemed several flavors needed to be replaced.

Tonight I ordered the Jamaican Jerk turkey sandwich. With double meat and extra cheese. The Jerk sauce is so amazing. It comes with pepper jack cheese, lettuce, tomato, onions and mayo. The flavor profile is on point. Definitely check this sandwich out if your craving a delicious sub.

My husband went & got us lunch at Firehouse, today. He got us both the Smokehouse brisket and cheddar. OMGSH, it was the best brisket sub I have ever eaten!!! So smoky and succulent. If I had to complain about anything, it was extremely overpriced & for the price, they should give you more meat on it, for sure! $36 for 2 combos! This is the ONLY reason why I can’t give a 5 star. Due to the price, my husband said he will not be back. We enjoy our weekend cheat meals, but we could have bought a whole brisket for $40 & smoked it on our Traeger. Again, it was absolutely delicious, but not for the price.

First time going had the Jamaican jerk turkey. Didn’t really care for it not sure what part of it I found that tasted weird. Portion size is good. Wish the hot sandwiches bread was toasted as I feel it be so much better. I intend to try at least a couple different more subs
