My go-to place for subs. Italian is my favorite but you can’t go wrong here. I’ve never been disappointed by a firehouse visit until this one store. Maybe they skimped on the mayo or dressing but it was simply not good at all, water lettuce and tasted off. Will retry this week and update if it improves. Polaris does it right every time

A couple weeks ago we had a food “emergency” at work and we needed lunch for several people at the last minute. I called two Firehouse locations. The first said they couldn’t do it and the second didn’t answer their phone. Hoping third time was a charm, I called this location and spoke with Dustin. He didn’t hesitate to tell me he could have two sandwich platters ready at noon. Sure enough, I showed up at noon and he had two platters ready and waiting in the cooler. The subs were great but what impressed me was the service and how Dustin and his crew stepped up for us. This isn’t the closest location to my work but it will be my go to from now on. Thank you to Dustin and his crew for bailing us out that day!

It’s sad when you try to customize your sub and employees can’t even follow the instructions. No ranch, jalapeños, a single piece of an onion, two banana peppers and I had to pay 12 dollars. The other sub had no mushrooms or caramelized onions.

I recently ate here and the atmosphere was super laid back and very welcoming. The prices are a bit high but the sub that i ordered was the classic Philly and MANNNNN was it good! They ask you if you’d like to round up our purchase to the next dollar and ALL the proceeds are donated to select fire stations that are in the most need of equipment and resources. They also sell 5 gallon, red, firehouse subs pickle buckets that they have emptied and cleaned for 3 dollars each and ALL proceeds from that are donated to the aforementioned firehouse in need. I would HIGHLY recommend this location.
