I placed and online order for the Smokehouse Beef and Cheddar Brisket sandwhich and it was TERRIBLE! I will not return to this location! They were nice and smiled to my face while giving me the least amount of meat I have ever seen on one of their sandwhiches. The toaster was broken, which wasnt a big deal until they robbed me. I couldn’t even taste the meat. I paid $10 for some bread with bbq sauce on it. I want to be clear I have never had an experience this bad with Firehouse Subs. The only complaint that I had prior was that it was cold a few times (I always get the Smokehouse Beef and Cheddar Brisket). I always liked them because they were so consistent with the meat, but this location was stingy. I will not be back to this location again. Easily the worst one Ive been too. I didnt even get a call back or email on my complaint. I dont get to eat there often, and was so happy to get one of my favorite sandwiches. Never again!

I ABSOLUTELY L❤️VE THIS PLACE. It was THE BEST FOOD I EVER ATE. The people are so nice and fast…. It was a lil of a wait but when the food taste that good I WILL WAIT… And no matter what always remember what get whatcha pay for and for the price of a greasy burger from the “big M” jus add a couple bucks and get the BEST sandwich you will EVER EAT I Promise.

I got in the drive-thru line with 10 minutes left to close. No one was at the speaker. So I pulled up to go inside and they turned off the open light right after that. If you claim to be open until 10pm on your website then you should be open until 10pm. I work in a restaurant and this kind of service would be unacceptable.

Fast accurate service, restaurant was moderately clean. No sure why the tea was uncovered but tasted okay. Everyone working behind the counter appeared angry or frustrated. Not s smile in the bunch although everyone verbally greeted us upon entry. Salads were tasty and well prepared.

For the 2nd time the mac & cheese was cold, and this time the medium sandwich I had ordered was a small. I called and talked to Bryce, apparently the Assistant Manager, who first tried to blame the cold Mac & cheese on Doordash. I explained the order was very fast and the sandwich was hot, and the Mac & cheese was so cold it was like it hadn’t been properly warmed in the first place. Then he said he would make a replacement order for me to come pick up, I said I had ordered delivery for a reason and could not currently leave. He then said there was nothing he could do and hung up on me. Extremely rude the entire time. I will be calling the General Manager tomorrow to discuss not only being overcharged for what I received but also the rudeness of the Assistant Manager.

You all used to be so good. I went to the Greenfield location a little while ago and the food is mediocre. Your prices are way too high for the amount you get. My husband and I didnt even get full. You charge for your chips instead of making it a meal price. Very disappointing to say the least. You guys used to be my favorite in Florida and then something happened. Something needs to change.

Nice change in a sandwich place. Wonderful staff and greetings upon entering. Clean and comfortable setting. Food was quick, well prepared with exceptional ingredients that were crispy fresh and exactly as we ordered. A great go to quick bite without the disappointing quick bite usual result. Impressive!
