I spoke to the management and I saw her as I was there cleaning and wiping tables the whole time the countertop the stands the seats I thought that was awesome. The food was great they were kind they attended to my needs and I got my food in a timely manner. I told them that I would be coming back because the last time that I was there it was horrendous people were talking and acting a fool and not paying attention to my food or getting it in a timely manner. I will return from this time forward as long as they keep the people in which they have it was awesome.

My husband took back a philly cheese steak that had tons of mayo that tasted sweet and barely had any peppers. The young supposed to be lady asks to speak with me while he was in the store. And she asks me what’s wrong. When I tell her she starts raising her voice telling me that’s how they’re made. She kept yelling I had to say watch your tone. My husband was so uncomfortable he took a loss and kept his disgusting sandwich. She was ignorant and saying her manager will make her pay. Too bad!! And for the black girl who said hang up on her. My husband would never hang up on me. I will NEVER go back! Got my replacement sandwich and its a philly steak with little cheese..lol I got this same sandwich from Trussville and it was 10000 times better.

Decided to try this PEPPERONI PIZZA SUB.,on toasted garlic bread roll, while I was rolling through Homewood! The good: The sub was YAS! TASTEFUL explosion of Parmesian, sauce and meatball goodness!! The bad: all associates working OVER our food had long or dangling hair that were not covered..health dept. Has gotten very complacent on this now??? I don’t want dandruff or head debris overly food…..overall, establishment is clean, air conditioned and no flies buzzing! 🙂

Worst Firehouse Subs I have visited. The service was terrible. The customer in front of me wanted a refund for how long it took to get their sandwich. There were a total of three customers, one arrived while I was there. I will never waste my lunch hour at this place again.

Placed an order online for pickup. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the entire staff and it was very welcoming. My sandwich was actually ready earlier than my original pickup time. The sandwich was delicious and I much prefer this location over the 280 location.

Probably the best firehouse I’ve ever had. Always great to see their one employee outside waving everyone in everytime I swing by, he is a very nice person. Customer service is fantastic as well with very little wait time. I really can’t think of a complaint

3/3 times I’ve been to this location and specified NO PICKLE. What do they do? Slap the pickle spear directly on top of my sub.. not even on the paper side. On my meatball sub. Please teach your employees to pay attention and read instructions.
