Second time I have ordered from this place. It’s a bit pricy as a meal costs you $20. The subs themselves are very meaty but what I don’t like is the amount of sauce they put on their sandwich. Both subs I’ve ordered have had a tremendous amount of sauce whether BBQ, Mayo, etc. The amount of sauce that is placed is overpowering and takes away from meat flavors, makes the subs feel greasy instead of fresh and makes the bread soggy fast. Recommend using a normal amount of sauce on the subs.

The grand open experience was night day better than my recent experience. The gal took my order incorrectly. The guy making the sandwich hardly put any of the sandwich contents in and forgot the pickle. The same sandwich at the grand opening had twice the meat. It was a pretty disappointing visit and far from the typical Firehouse Sub experience.

This is the slowest sub shop in town, no matter how many are working. My last visit, 3/23/23 6:15 PM, they had who seemed like a regular standing over the pick up counter. The customer was coughing and hacking, and one of the workers conversing with the customer was talking about sneezing more themselves. This was very off putting and I threw my food away when I got home. Not to mention they forgot the pickle again. I wish the owner would read these.

Ordered lunch ahead and it was ready on time. Hot and fresh. Can’t go wrong with the meatball sub!

I’ve been stopping here when I’m in town about every 3 weeks. I’ve always had great subs until today.

Love the restaurant and the sandwiches but they keep the room temperature ice cold. I’m sure a lot of people don’t come back for this reason. Next time we’ll try takeout and avoid the cold;-)

This is the best place to get a sub sandwich! The staff is awesome, the place is always clean and the food is always the best you will ever have. The brisket is the best! It’s fast, but not fast food. It’s also a little more for a sandwich here than some other places, but it’s worth it. About $10.50. plus they donate a lot to the local fire stations. Round up at the register to help your community.

I heard good things about Firehouse, but I am not a big fan of chain restaurants. Decided to give them a try anyway. I was pleasantly surprised. The Club on a Sub is a well constructed, tasty sub sandwich. Definitely worth a return visit!
