When I first walked in, saw that the cashier had a bonnet on her head , I immediately felt like turning around but a storm was coming. It was my first visit struggled with the terminology.. thought establishment was similar to Subway.. She was not helpful with the actual ingredients you all carry .. I preceded anyway (2nd red flag) Then it took 40 minutes to get sandwich.. (4) employees behind there ..She called Mrs.Woods…I go up did you say Mrs.Rooks rudely no … I explained my order..She realized it was me .. food bag up handed it to me .. I walked in and saw the young lady at the register with a bonnet on. That’s is not a good look. She asked me did I want my hook and ladder fully loaded. I said YES, everything except ONIONS. I get home (miles from the restaurant) and I only have meat, lettuce, and the ONIONS I said I didn’t want. My past few experiences at this location have not been the best. I would rather travel further out to get a better experience and have my food prepared correctly.

Called in our food about 3:30pm. After we ordered they said 10 minutes. We get a call ten minutes after placing saying they didn’t have one sandwich so we switched. Arrived at the store 15 mins after placing order and still had to wait 30 mins. Workers were not working behind the counter and talking the whole time. One gentleman clocked out while multiple people were waiting still for food. Whole staff is just lazy and didn’t even seem to care people were waiting for 30-45 minutes for one sandwich.We asked for extra Mayo and they gave none. Someone needs to teach them work ethic ‍

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME, GAS OR MONEY AT THIS LOCATION!! My mom went to redeem her birthday coupon at this place the employee asked her to download the app and she told them that she had her phone number instead. My mom called my sister and asked her was she supposed to download the app and my sister told her “No, just give them your number.” So I asked my sister what was going on and she told me what happened and I called my mom and asked her the same thing. So I began to call and spoke to the manager on duty and this manager/Little Girl had a NASTY ATTITUDE AND WAS RUDE and I told her that I was going to call corporate and she said “GO AHEAD” and I did call them and reported the store and the manager on duty as well. So don’t waste your time, gas or money at this location because management doesn’t know how to train the employees and they leave High School kids to do an adult job. Find another Firehouse Subs Location to spend your money at.
