Good quality food (Hook & Ladder ‘fully involved’) fresh bread, no complaints there. However the medium sub costs almost $11 and is about 6 inches. The bread is so fluffy and meat so sparse that it’s not substantial. I get inflation, but it doesn’t surprise me that these stores rarely have more than a couple customers at any one time. My advice to increase traffic is to make your food a better value then you won’t have to throw out so much at the end of the day.

Eh. I definitely won’t be visiting this location. I felt discriminated to completely honest. We dine in, everyone coming I’m would be greeted with ‘,hello how are you today?” , mean time for us all we got was ordering or picking up? , in addition, I witness one caucasian customer getting a free brownie , & the other picking whatever size drink they waned. We didn’t get nothing free, we didn’t even get a “have a good day”.

Their customer service is great! I’m always welcomed with a smile. Rob makes the best sandwiches I’ve ever had from any other franchise. The store is very well maintained and the manager Julian is really nice as well and you can tell he has an excellent relationship with all of his customers and employees.

I love their subs. Today was the first time I ordered a hook and ladder salad. It was huge and had plenty of meat on it. It ended up being two meals for me so it was well worth the money.

The store itself has got a cute retro-like decor but that’s not the reason why…of all the eateries to choose from… we go to an establishment. I have ONLY been to a Firehouse once… YEARS ago. So I was excited to try them again. Finally found this location. But the sub was such a disappointment! I mean for $13 THIS is what you are serving people. Shameful.

I love the turkey bacon and ranch subs from here! Service was fantastic and the staff were very quick and kind! Very convenient location! The place was clean and nicely well kept. I had a very minimal wait for my sandwich to be made and I even got a free drink using the app Thanks so much!
