Worse experience I have experience in my life. The manager was completely rude and racist. She treated me so bad because my daughter is mixed. Also she was taking a phone call in the background and the way she was speaking to the customer on the phone was uncalled too. She seriously needs to lose her job. All of the employees look like they are on drugs also. It took me 20 mins to get them to take my order they were even slow.

Love this Firehouse subs. Fast service, happy friendly folks, and great food! However, can you replace the high chairs? Broken straps and super sticky and dirty seats. Little ones should be sitting in clean seats and strapped in. Otherwise, keep up the great work!

Brought the family of five to eat, and ordered 78.00 worth of food. They would not except my 100 dollar bill. Blaimed an employee that accepted a fake hundred some time back and they tried to take it out of her paycheck!! Counterfeit pen $12.00. It’s a shame an american company will not except american money!!!! Go next door to Marcos Pizza.
