Very rude associate, I had to do an emergency pick up for my girlfriend and I understand I should have asked to throw away my stuff. But the lady who came outside to address the issue, was unnecessarily rude. It wasn’t like it was going to be an everyday thing. I just had to pick her up and the kids last minute and had no where to get rid of the boxes I had. She threatened to call the cops and was just nasty. I complied with what she asked. As I went to shut the dumpster she proceed to say well I’ll just call the cops anyways since you don’t care. I get you all have rules but there is a certain way to go about it and that wasn’t it. Very nasty attitude, it wasn’t that serious to react like that, especially because I wasn’t rude about it either. Definitely won’t dine here with that attitude

I ordered a medium club on a sub today 07/4/2023 and as I got home and proceeded to eat I found a piece of plastic in my sandwich like how can you miss this ??? Then they have the phone off the hook so you’ll have to travel all the way back to the store .

Loved the Philly cheesesteak. Appreciated gluten free buns! The meatball sub was tasty as well. The staff was pleasant and the space was clean. The restaurant was very comfortable. Highly recommended!

I went in to get my usual order and the cashier was rude and talking to someone on her phone and when I asked her to enter my number she said I need to scan it, but I don’t have the app downloaded. I had a free sub I wanted to use but now I don’t get the points for my order or my free sub. I never have a problem with the morning shift just the night shift.

Everything you would expect from a Firehouse Subs. Employees are super helpful, attentive, and courteous. Food was prepared fairly quickly and tasted perfect. The atmosphere was nice and welcoming. A great experience:)

Walked in, the place was nearly empty, spoke to the cashier. The cashier did not respond or ask for our order. He just stood there quietly doing nothing for several minutes until we finally left. By far the poorest experience and customer service I have ever had at firehouse.

Firehouse Subs, you know what you’re gonna get. The sandwiches are made well and quickly which makes this a great work lunch stop. I know I can get in and out relatively quickly. The staff is always nice and takes my order quickly. I’ve never had any issues here. Great location, overall.
