Not worth the money. Small and overpriced. Friendly staff though. Was my first time here and I was not impressed. I ordered their signature sub- took quite awhile to prepare (I was only one in there) and it just tasted pretty meh. They were also blasting pop country music and the inside had little to no atmosphere. So pricey, lame, and not very original or tasty. I just see zero reason to return.

The sandwiches here are always great. The staff, however, is just about as bad as it gets. 45 minute wait for a standard-order sandwich. They’ve got 8 staff members working today – well – they have 3 people who seem to be working. I’m not really sure what they other 5 people dressed in the Firehouse uniform are doing. Maybe they’re here for a photo shoot. I won’t be coming back.

We have not called yet, but plan to. DO NOT eat here if you are allergic to gluten or have celiac. My husband is severely allergic to gluten and we are contemplating going to urgent care or not depending on how Benadryl works. Things must be cross contaminated unfortunately. So just be careful.
