Service was very slow. Food was good. Lots of meat on my Hero. Lots of dirty tables. Girl did clean one off for us. We had 6 in our group and was on the same bill. We were first in line when we arrived. After quite a bit of time 5 of us got our sandwiches. The last sandwich came out a few minutes later. The Firehouse Sub Shop on Red Wolf Blvd. in Jonesboro is the best of its 2 locations.

I went one night, got home, and my sandwich was made wrong. I called and was told to come back tomorrow, and they would remake my sandwich. Went back the next day(I was dining in this time). I was told the best they could do is take my name and address down and mail me a card for a free sandwich. I’m still waiting on the card . Had to take my sandwich back twice because it wasn’t made correctly both times. Sandwich was great once I finally got what I ordered, but was very frustrated with being told to come back the next day Forney sandwich ton be remade and then told no that was not correct. Management needs to get their act together.

4.5 stars, sorry *ogle won’t allow 4.5 stars to be chosen. Traveling through the area and so glad to find a gluten free tasty option for lunch. The gluten free bun is a Schar product, and delicious with the meat and cheese of the New York steamer so a good choice for the person who has a gluten sensitivity. Everyone in our party enjoyed their sandwiches. Would visit again.
