This was my first time in here, I work at a restaurant by this location and wanted to try something different for lunch. Walking in the door we was welcomed by 2 employees. Looking at the menu which looked amazing i got the beef and cheddar brisket sandwich. That was the best sandwich I’ve ever had. I also decided to buy some BBQ sauce and this backdraft sauce. Both tasted amazing but that backdraft sauce is phenomenal! I’m hooked, I will definitely be back and I’ve convinced my wife to go and she don’t like sandwich places all that well, this place will change her mind. Excellent service and excellent Food!

I would give no stars if I could for this location. I placed an online order on 2/26/23, and my wife walked in to pick it up. She was ignored while she was in there and when she spoke to an employee about it, two other employees argued with her, and one called her a “Karen.” Only 1 sandwich was made properly, the rest weren’t, and an item was left off. I filled out a survey, and the General Manager Rayne insinuated my wife was lying about the incident, claimed the other customers were helped because my wife didn’t know where to stand, and told me that I could have my money back if I came back. (It was never addressed why NONE of the employees offered to help her. She was in a neck brace, so I would think a restaurant started by firefighters would have compassion). Nope. I don’t need the money that badly, and I don’t need this restaurant. My wife wouldn’t lie about this. I also have two brothers who were firefighters. One retired, and the other died in the line of duty, so I have tried to help this establishment, but I definitely won’t be giving this store anymore of my business.

Though fairly small compared to other locations in the area, they still put out a good sandwich. Upon entering, the mural is what catches your eye, as everything else is the standard red and white paint. The store is usually pretty clean, and the staff varies from quietly working to engaging with customers. There was an issue with the Coke Freestyle machine on my recent visit, and while it took several minutes to resolve, their team got it done, and were very professional about satisfying the customer throughout the incident. So any small gripes aside, they’re still my go-to spot for fast sandwiches in the Keller area.

Firehouse is my fave sandwich place to go to, and I am quite pleased with their gluten free bun. This location was convenient for the day and the employees were upbeat and kind. It’s hit or miss on the quality of the sandwich though, sometimes it’s properly warmed, sometimes it’s room temp by the time I get it to my car.

First time going to FHS and it was awesome. Although a little more pricey than subway you get way better quality food, bigger drinks, more selection on types on sandwiches and sides and better yet…better service from the staff. However, Little more wait time than I expected, but we also got there after rush hour, so I get it. I got the brisket sandwich with no mayo and omg! It was sooooo good. I loved it. I Will definitely go back!
