Stopped by yesterday for lunch when I saw no one in the parking lot. It was my first time at this location and the first impression was excellent. I was immediately greeted and the staff started working on my order before the cashier was even finished ringing me up! Exceptional service, which lends to the great atmosphere. Very friendly staff and the smoked turkey sub was delicious. Will definitely be back, thank you staff!!

I recently got hooked on Firehouse Subs. The tall slender gentleman (appears to be in charge) gives excellent customer service! The food is fresh and just as ordered. Love their self serve drink machine (diet fanta grape ). The dining area is always spotless and all employees are all very courteous. They always give a pickle spear with a smile. Larry’s Subs stopped giving pickle spears even when requested. Five stars to Firehouse and their great customer service!

This Firehouse is the slowest Firehouse I’ve ever visited. This time I ordered ahead of time to try go avoid the ridiculous wait. The two sandwiches were sitting in the pick-up area, but the bag was missing the soup (thank goodness I checked). After waiting 3 minutes to get someone’s attention, I waited another 5 for the soup to be heated up. “Promise time” of 2:50 turned into a pickup time of 3:05. Done with this place.

I always get a medium hook and ladder on wheat with no mustard, and this has yet to be a bad sandwich. The cashier (Monica) was so nice and very sweet to us as we were ordering, as well as Allison who gave us our food. This place is also very clean when we go in, and has many employees working there which is always a plus.

Overall the store is clean and neat, the subs we ordered were well made. One issue Firehouse Subs need a to address is that they give 1st responders a discount but not military service personnel and King Bay Naval Base is right down the street standing by and ready to defend all Americans not just local Americans, our service should be just as appreciative as First Responders who also do a great job.
