I was in the restaurant and a man walked in to pick up his sandwiches and had a receipt and a confirmation that his food was ready for pickup. Apparently his food was not available and would not give him his food because of a computer glitch and manager was there to speak to this man only available on phone by employee and but wanted this customer to pay again and they would try to reimburse . Working for customer service The restaurant should of made his food and deal with the loss with corporate if there was a glitch with IT . I saw this gentleman receipt and he Did pay for 7 sandwiches and these sandwiches are not cheap. Manager should be present during business hours.

Good subs for a decent price. Extremely busy location. The staff is always busy and very courteous, but it seems like they are always understaffed during typical lunch hours. I usually try to order ahead, but if you’re eating inside, plan on 30-45 min wait.

Wait time for food is tooooooooo loooooong. Waiting over 15 minutes and hardly any customers. Long haired employees with beards and no hair nets. Paid over $9 for a sandwich that I can get 5 bites from. The Cherry Line made just taste like a sweet drink. There is no lime in it and it doesn’t taste like a limeade. I don’t even think there’s much cherry flavor it just tastes like sugar water. Way overpriced.

I helped open this store. In fact, minus 2 of the helmets and 1 of the bunker coats, the rest of the fire gear is my personal gear from before I got cancer and was told I could never fight fire again. It’s always nice to go in for some amazing food and reminisce.

My sandwich was $15.03. Then they ask me to round up to $16 for donation. Then they ask me if I want to tip another 15% or 20%. Then they waste more of my time asking me to fill out survey. Three times should be some kind of harassment. Just let me pay for my Overpriced sandwich and get out of there.
