It’s very hard to submit this complaint because I respect this franchise. However the employee at the location was not interested in hearing my complaint. In fact she did the same thing to someone else right in front of me. The last 3 times I’ve tried to call in an order your staff picks the line up and immediately hangs up. Your pickup window at this location is useless. Again I attempted to handle this in person instead of this review. The food was still great but the fact that you’re hanging up on paying customers makes the customer service terrible.

Ordered from DoorDash. Order a cheesesteak sandwich no onion, add mushrooms and peppers. What I received was ridiculous. Half the sandwich had just a few mushrooms and the other half had a few mushrooms and onions. No meat and no cheese and no bell peppers. I checked my doordash order and nowhere in doordash do you have the option to say no meat, nowhere. I went to the store and they said they go by the receipt. If that were the case, where was the cheese and bell pepper and why did they put onions on it. And unfortunately after the tip and all I spent 22 on Doordarshan and they only offered 4.39 back. I will never eat or order from here again. If I could give zero stars I would.

Terrible customer service. They made my order incorrectly and when I questioned it, the girl was rude and hostile towards me. Fussing at me because they messed up the order. I requested my money back as opposed to remaking the order. She only gave me a portion of my refund, so when I asked about the remaining money, she slammed things around and gave further attitude. Reminded me of why I do not frequent the Firehouse Subs store.

Came back still the same problems! You call several times and they don’t answer the phone to take orders! I go in and order and they sit back there and talk and play so I got my money back and went to subway. They don’t like money. Just go ahead and close this place down.

The waiting time on our food was terrible to be a sub shop. I never waited that long on a sandwich. We waited for 45 min for 3 sandwiches and to top it off the restaurant had 4 cooks and 1 cashier. They gotta do better on customer service….
