the charming and talented young man who took my order simply made my day! he is by far the greatest employee i’ve ever interacted with in my whole life. he made me laugh, he made me cry, and he even taught me a little something too. he deserves a multiple dollar raise and stock in the company. i believe his name was nick!

Food was awesome, quality and taste was superb. I hate to complain, especially since this was a free sub with any purchase. I asked if they could replace the pepperoni with ham, and the manager was such a jerk! No big deal, tell me no nicely, no need to be rude about it. And so much for me returning. Which is what the marketing team is trying to produce, repeat customers. This was more location than the entire franchise. The Altamonte store is more friendly and accommodating, which is where I will go from now on.
