This location has gone very far down hill and is full of people who don’t want to do their jobs. Multiple times have I come in and they refuse to make more tea, they won’t take phone orders if they even answer the phone. And now twice I’ve been flat out refused service walking in an hour before they close. tonight being a third time and it was 45 minutes before they close.

Unfriendly service. We walked in and approached the counter and they just kind of waited until we engaged in conversation. We were the only ones in the store at 2:00pm and it took a really long time to receive our 2 sandwiches. It was also painfully quiet in the place, no music or anything. The restaurant wasn’t very clean either…

Had a terrible experience with this place tonight. My newly widowed dad has had a hard time getting and keeping his appetite. He hadn’t eaten all day and tonight at around 8:30pm I finally got him to name something that sounded good to him, he’s always loved their Hook & Ladder . We get to Firehouse, open the door and we’re immediately stopped by a female employee (didn’t get her name) and she says “we’re closing. I looked at my phone which was in my hand and the time was 8:43pm. I then asked the girl are y’all closed or closing? And she kind of got an attitude when she replied back louder “we’re closed” like I was deaf and dumb. She then grabbed the door and shut and locked it. They’re supposed to be open until 9 and my dad didn’t want anything else. I took him all the way back to his house without stopping anywhere else. This might seem small and not a big deal to some people but people who are in a similar situation know exactly how upsetting this is.

Its 5:30 pm on Tuesday We we’re not greeted when we entered. We had to stand by registerS for several minutes before they Swould take our order. We were the only customers in line. The AC is either not working correctly or it’s was turned up to warm. There was only enough ice for one drink. It was our. There was no sweet tea as container was out and was told they were out. Out of brownies.

I ordered online, food was over 20 minutes late. When they put my food on the shelf I went to get it and they told me it wasn’t mine. I waited even longer and eventually I realized the receipt had my name on it.

I went today and was greeted immediately and placed an order that came to 35.00 for 3 sandwiches. I waited 30 mins while my daughter waited in the car. I noticed several people that came in after me got their orders so I finally brought it to their attention. The girl behind the counter got defensive and gruffly told me the others were there before me. I pointed to a table that arrived at least 10 minutes after me and said I was sure I was there before them and they were eating. The gentleman that had taken my order apologized because he knew I was right. He is the only reason I give even one star. He hurriedly put my order together and when we got home my sandwich had mayonnaise which I had specifically said no Mayo. The sandwich was subpar. I love firehouse subs and usually go to the one in Maumelle. They are always great.
