Our first experience here was great! They welcomed us at the door. I told them we’ve never been here before and the lady taking orders (Saphire) offered suggestions. She was super friendly to us and other customers the whole time we were there. She even checked on us to make sure our food was good and our experience was good. Food came out fast. Restaurant is clean. Great selection of chips and drinks. I was worried it would be just like Subway, but it wasn’t anything like it. Cool decorations.

My order was the bottom order and I get it was a complicated order, but they made no changes to my sub! On top of that when I get home to eat my sub I see that I have to rebuild the sandwich cause whoever made it just threw it in the box and called it good! Save yourself the time and effort and head to literally any other sub shop for a good sub cause this place doesn’t have them!

The sub was FANTASTIC!! Better then I thot it would be. Thot the bread was going to b crusty, like at a diff rest., J.J.’s. Not at all! The bread was delish!! Could have had more veggies to equalize the meat ratio. Staff was ok. It was my 1st visit there. Nobody asked if we needed any help. But when we spoke up, the Sammie maker was helpful. It’s quite high for a Sammie shop. 3 diff sizes of subs. No Sr., discount, or free drink. Nada!!

Had the smokehouse cheddar brisket. Sooo good! I was pretty hungry so I had the large to myself. Couldn’t finish it as it was a lot of meat! The wait for the sandwich around 1pm was 10 minutes.

First of all I love Firehouse Subs, not only for the great subs but also for “supporting our local heros” – thank you supporting our men and women in uniform. Speaking of which when I visited this location I was told, very unapologetically, that I needed to be in uniform to get a military discount. I think this policy needs to change. Not wearing my uniform doesn’t change who I am or what I do. And that’s the same for our police and firefighters. If you’re going to advertise that you support us do it 100% of the time, not just sometimes.
