Do not use online ordering at this location. The online order was not filled until the entire dining room and drive thru was empty. Order took 35 minutes to come out, 20 minutes after the app stated the food would be ready. Plenty of people arrived after me and were served before me. Frustrating experience. Would recommend visiting other restaurants near by when in this area. For reference my order was only 1 large club sub.

Given this location seems to be relatively new (2 yrs maybe) the bathrooms and dining room look horrible. There were several people standing around the kitchen, and 1. I had to find someone to take my order because they were just talking in the kitchen. And 2. Grab a broom and clean the bathroom and dining room. Food was very good as usual, but this place needs to have some pride in the job. Maybe that’s just the culture we live in these days. Date visited was 8/10/23 around 7:30pm.

I usually avoid the one In laurinburg And it’s for a great reason. Places here have notoriously bad service and this place is no exception. I got there at 9 for a pickup order and told to go through the drive thru. I had to wait behind cars that were putting in order. After pulling up to the windows and two different ladies walking around then finally opening the window 5 minutes later then I finally got my order which was 20 minutes after sitting at the pick up station…. Just avoid this place.
