Traveling for work so I stopped for a quick dinner and the first red flag was a dog with a leash attached running loose in the store, looked as one of the workers boyfriend kid and dog sitting in the store. I still against all instincts order food with a worker with hair down stringy from the hat. I pay, get my cup and go to the drink stand to no ice and bugs running thru the drink machine. I threw the cup in the trash and walked out.

Walked in with wife and just didn’t have a good experience at all. Multiple lights out, 1 of 4 crew wearing hats, dirty tables, and longer wait in part due to crew talking to 2 non-customers that walked in to just talk and loiter. Ordertaker was very polite and professional. Got our food and was totally disappointed. Subs looked more like hotdogs than subs, due to very little meat. Not sure if they were short on product, but to pay full price for 50% toppings just isn’t good.

Normally this place is great. But this visit was… different. They weren’t busy so I don’t understand how they didn’t think to wipe the knife from a previous sandwich, before cutting mine. My sandwich did not have tomato sauce. I know it’s not that big a deal but it makes you wonder what else they can’t be bothered to wipe off or what other processes get ignored. Think I’m going to hold off on visiting this location for a bit. Give them a chance to get better trained.

Outstanding crew/staff in this place. Employees all seemed to be happy and enjoying their jobs. Ordered the Large New York Steamer Combo. It was Pastrami and Provolone Cheese PERFECTION on a Sub Roll. I had to wait on a few orders that were placed ahead of me, but my sandwich was most definitely worth the wait. Their subs are always good, even great, but this time, it was AN over-the-top PHENOMENAL sandwich!

We love the food always very great. But this evening I went to get what I always get. First I wanted a large turkey on white got home and it was a med and payed for a large. The next thing I ordered was a large hook & ladder on wheat and it was on white instead. There were no pickles like usually you get. We never complain but we would like to get what we pay for.

Someone Somewhere
My husband and I came in today and had the best experience. My husband wanted a specific sub he heard about on the radio and upon finding out they didn’t have it, was going to try somewhere else but the employee Scrap went above and beyond to make it for him. The whole crew was very friendly and had a great sense of humor. We will definitely be back in the near future and I highly recommend this place. Great subs, great employees!

The food and service is just awful. I paid 30. dollars for 3 medium subs and 2 bags of chips. The food order was all wrong and just sloped together. Wrong bread too. The employees were rude and obviously really don’t like their jobs. I will definitely not be back there ever again.
