We ordered directly from them for pick up. Got back to the hotel. I ordered a turkey bacon ranch amount of jalapeños. There were none. My wife ordered a grilled chicken salad. Add bacon and no bell peppers. There was no chicken. And lots of bell peppers. Also, there is no fork to eat it with. My daughter ordered a cold ham and cheese, and it was warm. Why give the option to customize when you don’t follow the order. We will definitely not be ordering from this place anymore. If we could give no stars, we would have. Don’t waste your money.

Normally I have great experiences here. It was a little off today. The place was being run by teenagers. One of them on their cell phone behind the counter. The others were cursing and talking about some girl. The infamous potato soup was sour today. Think I’ll pass next time.

$15 for a medium sandwich and you can watch the three people who ordered after you finish eating before you have to go and ask where your food is. Would be nice if instead of just making weird eye contact you ask if someone is waiting for something. Felt extremely rude and lazy on the employees part considering they caused the issue in the first place.

Good sandwiches, but expect any online order placed after 11:15 to be late at least 20 minutes after the estimated time. This location is continually understaffed and cannot handle the normal lunch traffic. It doesn’t help that they seem to prioritize in store ordering without reflecting that decision in their time estimates.
