This location is fantastic! The employees are friendly and efficient. The store is kept clean and at this writing has an “A” from the department of health. The subs are warm and toasted to perfection. I went there on a chilly January evening and the windows were all fogged up from the steamy goodness inside.

Let me start by the staff are wonderful. Meaning they are friendly, kind, and very respectful. They appear to enjoy working there. Now that I’ve said that, my sandwich was made incorrectly for the second time. We ordered 2 sandwiches. They transposed the order. The Firehouse hero was supposed to be fully involved. The New York Steamer was supposed to have extra mayonnaise. The person who the Firehouse Hero hates a lot mayonnaise and it had no lettuce, tomato, onion, or Dijon mustard so needless to say he was very disappointed. The New York Steamer was for me and I don’t eat uncooked onions, or Dijon mustard. Dijon mustard is so repulsive to me. It made me gag. So needless to say I was really disappointed. The last time I came they messed up my sandwich but I was still able eat it.

Terrible location. Hours say the are open til 9 PM yet you can’t call to place an order after 8:30 which dont know when that started because I’ve down it several times not ro mention I was 5 minutes away. So I finally pull in and the employees are trying to lock the doors so no one can come inside even though it was not even 9 PM and when I finally do get up to make my order they don’t have any food prepared guess the employees decided they wanted to leave earlier so they weren’t prepared for customers coming in later in the evening. Used to be one of my favorite places to eat but this location will never get my business again after dealing with this bullcrap of people more worried about getting off a few minutes early rather than doing the job the are paid to do…
