This location use to be a good place to get fresh salads and or sandwiches,I’m not sure if the management or ownership changed; but my last two salads ordered on different days contained old whiten core parts of the lettuce that should be thrown out and little bits or pieces of spinach. Save money from buying the new cardboard packing of the take items and buy fresh food. No worries I will not be back ✌️

Me & my boyfriend love Firehouse subs, when we’re over the road we like to stop and get some. This time we were at home and wanted some and this was the only one near by which is about 40 minutes away, by the location I already knew it was probably going to be bad. We walked in I ordered put I’m my rewards number and the cashier got all discombobulated saying I shouldn’t of put in my number til the end, my bf ordered his and he always substitutes the chips for a brownie which he had told her and she didn’t hear so he repeated himself multiple times and finally he got tired of her not being able to hear him and said forget it and paid. My bf went to get a brownie because he didn’t know there was a different charge for it, he thought it could be chips or brownie for the combo at same price and she got bent over and started to raise her voice. Finally ended up buying two brownies separate. One of the other employees had a phone order that was getting picked up so when the lady came in to get it , she simply got it and left. A few minutes later she called the store asking why there was no chips in her bag and then explained to her that she had to pick them out. After getting off the phone she’s hollering across the store to tell the other employee and bad mouthing the lady from the phone and calling her name, mind we’re in the store eating. Over all my judgment of the place was right, never again will we stop at this location. If I could put no stars I would.

I like their sandwiches, however my service experience was not the same as the others who rated it 5 stars. A cop waiting for his food at the same time as me remarked: Not a very friendly bunch they have in here. He was then given a very ugly answer regarding whether or not more sweet tea was to be made. Instead of offering a Sorry, we won’t be making anymore today. And then making her “suggestion”, she just flatly told him he could mix sugar into the unsweetened tea. I will not return to this location, I don’t expect Chick-fil-A service everywhere I go, but I will not be a patron a place that is blatantly disgusting to someone who puts their life on the line for the safety of others.

My last experience at this establishment was horrible. They didn’t have tomatoes for the sandwich and was offered a refund which I wanted, but the manger wanted me to pay for the chips and drink that I ordered with the sandwich. As I didn’t desire to cancel my order and it was the fault of the restaurant that my order was being cancelled, I felt it was only write that I receive all my money back. The manager flipped out, cursed, screamed, angrily talked to herself, and even threw pans around. She was very unprofessional and created such a toxic and uncomfortable situation, all of her young employees looked horrified and scared to be there. Of course she offered no apology to me for her behavior. I will NEVER patronize this establishment again!

I ordered scoops of tuna salad on a dish. It literally took them 45 MINUTES to make this simple dish!! And to top off the extreme lack of urgency in time, I could see the employee making my dish, packing it up, and putting it to the side just to make me wait another 5 minutes before I was called to receive it. I could see if I was being an inconvenient, outrageous customer, but I wasn’t. I was composed, but this kind of service is purely unacceptable! Last, but not least, I hade to request a fork to use 3 times. Despicable!

The new boys don’t know what they’re doing or Taking pride in their work . I came in hopes that the usual girls would be there , they’re wonderful and never messed up my sandwich . These boys suck , nothing Was melted looking like they just slapped everything on . Sub just tasted like tomato Juice with alot of sauce . looked like they just placed cold pepperonis on it , the whole sandwich was cold . I won’t be going back as long as they’re working there , not worth my money. This is the 3rd time .

I’m disgusted!! would choose no stars if it were an option. I don’t know the older lady’s name that has blonde hair, running the register on Jan 5th at 12:38 pm but she Was incredibly disrespectful and rude. Not only to her co workers but customers as well. She talked to me like I was a moron and was rude to a coworker who was trying to ask for her help. If you don’t enjoy working with the public then maybe she needs to seek employment elsewhere where she sits in a cubical alone all day with no interaction with others. I will never visit this establishment again which I’m sure will suit her just fine. I’ll go to griffin where they treat you with decency and respect. I will be contacting management.

I got to get my birthday sub and they tell me the reward does not show. They told me i had to download the app to use and get. I never had to do that before. Alittle disappointed because email said its loaded to my rewards. Ugh

There seems to be a huge turnover, always new staff members when I visit which causes the preparation to be slower because their in training but I love the food and the location is convenient.
