Ordered a steak and cheese on white, no peppers, just onions, extra meat, extra mayo and spicy mustard. Asked the guy behind the counter for more extra mayonnaise. He walked around for a few minutes like he didn’t know where it was. I finally said nevermind as long as it was extra on there, he assured me that it was.

I wish I could give this experience a 0. Service was horrible. Girl taking the order could not understand anything got our name wrong, looked blank when I said no bread. We waited 30 mins only to be given 2 of the sandwiches we ordered and they were completed wrong at that. Had reorder and waited another 30 mins behind all the new orders placed, only again to get the WRONG items. The reworked the order and still made one of the sandwiches completely wrong *ordered fully involved and it was missing all condiments *

Orderd 1 sub at 340. Still waiting 20 mins later. 4 people working behind the counter. I counted 5 people in the lobby also waiting on their food whn i first arrived. The effort from the employees this shift was non existent. As a former firehouse employee, this experience was not as good as it could’ve been

I went in completed and my order at 4:30. With fully involved expect no deli mustard at honey and cheddar cheese instead of provolone. 20 min later the sandwich comes back made incorrectly and the employee had his finger on the sandwich while carrying it to me. After I returned the sandwich they said “I’m sorry.” And done nothing else. I finally just walked out. Didn’t even offer a refund or to remake the sandwich. What’s sad is I personally worked at firehouse subs. I should have went around and made it myself.

Sub was excellent, freaking clean and beautifully decorated business…first time for me “highly recommended if you’re coming off the interstate or traveling on vacation” personally this was a pretty good stop, really sucks I didn’t get to sample more of the menu.
