The food & value are always good. The issue is with the staff. They all appear to be high school-aged trying to figure out life (based on their loud conversations). That’s great, just don’t use the n-word in your open conversations in front of customers. These kids could go on to bigger and better things. But, that could be derailed if the customer with that opportunity hears them talk to their peers. Lastly, engage the customer and make eye contact, as opposed to just staring down at the register.

The staff they hire is very u professional. I’m in here right now and the young ladies they have are playful, cursing, and talking about situations that are not employee like. They have a friend working that is not part of the staff. I will complain on tweeter as well. Here is what my sandwich looks like. They purposely smothered my sandwich in salt and pepper. I could not eat it. This is what I bit into. So unprofessional at this location, very disappointing. I will not take the 40 minute trip back out there to get my sandwich fixed. This is what happens when young people work alone.

Just left. Stood 2nd in line to order for 10+ minutes while 3 employees chatted with a customer ahead of me. No one offered to open the 2nd register and take my order. Several of us in line gave up and left. Clearly they don’t want business in this store today.

Placed an online order which timed out but my card was still charged. Called the store and was put down for over 5 minutes. Called corporate who let us know the order went through as well as emailed a receipt. She ALSO could not get anyone to answer the phone.
