The staff was friendly and awesome. The steamer I got was tasty and amazing. The only reason I gave this review two stars is because I bought a side of Mac and cheese that was 4.19, and they barely filled the cup . If it was only like 2 buck’s, I wouldn’t care but at almost five buck’s and the cup is small they could of least fill it up to the top.

I just left with an order of a hook and ladder sandwich this evening. I have never seen such a lack of care at a firehouse subs before. The cashier seemed annoyed to be taking my order even though I was the only person in the shop. My food was prepared incorrectly and sloppily. I will not be back to this location again.

Poor customer service. I’ve worked in fast food for four years management included. And the treatment I received from management on today was very poor . After placing an order through DoorDash for $35 when I received my order my sandwich had no cheese . So I left work and drove to the store to see if they could remake my sandwich with cheese. I was told since it was not their fault that my sandwich didn’t have cheese I had to buy a new sandwich . Remind you I already paid for one sandwich . She then proceeds to say I can give you 3 pieces to put on your sandwich yourself. The sandwich is no longer hot so I doubt the cheese would’ve even melted. Really disappointed in how I was treated after ordering from this restaurant.

Good experience. Second time at Firehouse Subs and the taste is really good. The place was clean and the menu was so easy to understand. The only little thing that bothered me a little was the time to prepare the food. The place was not crowded at all and it took a good 20min for me to receive two subs. I’m still giving 5 stars as the service was really good. I also like the fact that eating here, I help a little bit the people that help us all everyday

I work call center until 8:30pm. Delivery through door dash shows available until 8:40. This is the third time I have ordered around 8:15, gotten a text message that firehouse has confirmed my order, and then Just like the past two times, 8:40 rolls around and then a text arrives that the restaurant cancelled my order because they’re closed. Clearly open till 10pm and says accepts orders till 8:40, but they cancel it each time. Certainly won’t try it again, but this is poor business practice and disappointing each time.

I had the Italian sub and my husband had the Engineer and I think his was better! Just by a little bit, though. Firehouse subs is really good! And it’s cool that they are always raising money for charity. Super cool of them.

I made a mistake by ordering at the wrong San Jose location, apparently there’s a new second location on San Jose that just opened up and I was unaware. I called the location I mistakenly ordered at and they said the store I was intending to order from will honor my order but they did not until 2 managers, one being the regional manager told them to make it. When I went in to get my order the manager, Melissa Reyes, was very rude to me saying to double check my location of order next time so these things don’t happen, the tone and facial expressions were really over the top. It was at that moment I knew I would never spend with firehouse again. I actually work in the same plaza and we have firehouse cater the office a couple times a year, never again.

Berdeal was absolutely amazing. When I ordered my gluten free sandwich, he immediately asked if it was preference or allergy. I made him aware ofy allergy and he made sure to inform the associates to clean and try as much as possible to avoid my food getting contaminated with gluten. His compassionate nature was exactly what I needed. I know there’s always a risk with trying to be gluten free, but with the extra precautions, it was outstanding customer service! I love my engineer fully involved. Thank you!
