The service was unacceptable. Everything I didn’t ask for was on my sandwich after I specifically stated it three times. When my sandwich was remade, it was thrown together and the turkey was hanging off the tray, not even on the sandwich.

3 weeks ago, went in to get a sub. No bacon, no toaster. Since I get the Turkey Bacon Ranch, I left. Yesterday, went again to get a sub, same sign up, no bacon, no toaster, and again I left. Unfortunately they will not get another chance with me. Plenty of other sub options in Manhattan. Walk next door to HyVee and get bacon for crying out loud. Sounds like the management has left the building.
