I have had Firehouse Subs app on my phone for a long time. I can order on my phone go and pick it up no problems. I always order the hook and ladder. I guess they may have had a new person working on the line because the sandwich that my friend brought home to me was not anywhere close to their standards. I called them back and spoke with the manager in the evening on the weekend and was told he would put my name down and the next time I came in they’ll make me another sandwich. I haven’t been back in Firehouse Subs this week but I will say my names on the list and see if it all works out. It’s a very clean and Associates there are very friendly and courteous.

I’m not sure what happened to Firehouse subs but this is nothing like it used to be. I don’t know if the menu changed or it’s under new management but I’ve eaten here twice now and had to throw more than half the sandwich away both times. It’s awful. I always get the veggie and the veggies are so wet and soggy, it’s gross. The bread tasted stale and tough, the cheese wasn’t melted thru, and the entire sandwich was cold. It just wasn’t good. I won’t be back unless things change.

3 stars because one person actually helped me. Otherwise the customer service tonight was sorely lacking. I would never had let anyone walk out without what they paid for. I dont usually eat out, maybe once a month, and it was my son’s online order. I was in town so I picked it up. When I went back 15 minutes before closing, to get the sodas and chips, no one offered to help. I carried out the soda and said I would come back in to get the bag of chips. One really nice girl brought my chips out for me, asked if everything was okay, and told me to drive safe. She is the only reason I gave even 3 stars. Because of this whole ordeal, it’s doubtful I will ever eat there.

These young kids that work here are totally awesome kids. Very respectful and well mannered. Thanked me for my military service also. You just don’t see this much anymore from kids their age. Thank you for being so nice. Still would like to see firehouse go back to giving military discounts tho.

20 dollar corned beef sandwich a ton of fat just the sandwich I have eaten at a lot of firehouse subs all over this country the same sandwich has gone up about 5 dollars and the quality went down Double meat I paid for I received a fat sandwich corned beef is a lean meat but not the one I received it could have been bacon it was so full of fat
