Just left firehouse subs and there were 2 employees sitting outside (male and female) in chairs playing on their phones while another employee was inside making the orders and cleaning the restaurant. I assume the girl sitting outside was a manager since she had on a red polo while the other 2 individuals wore black tees. Other than that the food was great

This is my favorite firehouse location , I love everyone here and their service except for one person Kiera … if this company/location is going to strive you need to remove her from working here , before she talks or treats the wrong person bad and this escalates I absolutely cannot enjoy my food , getting your order taken is an experience that contributes to you enjoying your food if Kiera is at register DO NOT ORDER if she is making your food DO NOT EAT ! I came in around 1:50-2:00pm & As I walk in I was not welcomed..As I wait in line I notice the Manger who was taking orders grab a LIVE SNAKE from a customer & pulled it behind the register! She gave the snake back to the customer but DID NOT wash her hands and continued taking orders THIS WAS VERY DISGUSTING AND I WILL NOT EAT HERE!
