We visited Firehouse Subs on August 25, 2023 about 6PM. There was one person before us when we placed our order for 1 large Firehouse steak and cheese and a medium spicy canjun chicken. About 5 others came in after us and received their meals and left. One customer, Randy, came back in after about 5 minutes and said his order was wrong. After the long wait I went up there and asked where mine was. After much searching they came over and showed me a ticket and asked if it was mine. The food was correct but the name Randy was on the ticket. They tried to give me the food that was returned by Randy that he took outside and then brought back in. I told them I did not was food that left the building with someone else. They then placed my ticket at the end of the line. After 25 minutes I asked how much longer and I was told 5-10 minutes because there were others ahead of me. I replied that they messed up and I should have had mine replaced quickly. I was told they did not mess up, they called Randy 3 times and I didn’t answer to the wrong name. The person in charge kept telling me I was wrong. I asked for a refund. Worse people to be working there.

First couple times we went when they first opened was pretty solid and good. (First picture June 2022) Second and third pics are of my recent visit (Sept 2022) … same exact sandwich 1/2 the quality….soggy bread….overall Bummer for the price. Prob wont be back unfortunately.
