Firehouse Subs no longer gives you the option to call in your food order (requires you to order online instead). Not sure what happened to giving “the paying customer” the option, be we just opted to go elsewhere instead. Here’s the best part, when you call their number it says to “Press 3” to speak to a manager, but when you do it automatically disconnects the call (I tried multiple times). It’s really ashamed, short of just a couple places out there real customer service is dead. No plans to re-visit this restaurant any time soon.

Stopped in to pickup something to take home for dinner. Service was very friendly to assist me with my order and put it together. Great selection of hot and cold subs. I ordered the Engineer, something different from the normal sub shop. Food is great, will definitely be back.

I ordered Firehouse through Door Dash because Im currently at work, I ordered probably one of the most basic sandwiches ever and it still ended up messed up. I even CALLED THE STORE BEFORE THEY MADE MY ORDER TO TELL THEM SPECIFICALLY HOW I WANTED IT. I asked for just Ham, Lettuce and Mayo on white bread, called them asking if they could make my sandwich cold because I dont like them warmed up and asked if they could throw some mayo packets in the bag for me. The lady was very nice and said they could do that. When I got my order there was no lettuce and the TINIEST bit of mayo on the sandwich. I dont understand how they messed this up when I had called them to make sure my order was made the way I wanted. Even written on the receipt what I wanted.

Usually have good experiences here but today they got half my order wrong. Ordered a medium hook and ladder on wheat, with lettuce, mayo, chopped pickles and instead got medium hook and ladder on white, fully involved. My wife was not happy about her meal.

I went in everyday for an entire week and ordered the same thing. Most the time I wasn’t even hungry but I loved how they always welcomed me and learned my name and made my day good. The staff are always so positive and outgoing. A man in front of me ordered something and one of the staff put extra cheese on it cause the order took so long. If the kind of chips you want aren’t on the rack ask if they have them in the back and they will go look. I love there food it’s the best but the staff are even better 🙂

I would like to say Thank you Firehouse for at least having Gluten-free bread!! Finally a place that accommodates for people that have allergies to foods. However – when my daughter goes to get me a veggie gluten-free sub and asks you to toast it twice, then toast it twice. She brought it home and it wasn’t toasted at all, it didn’t have the mustard on it she asked you to put on it and it was missing the tomatoes she also asked you to put on it.
