Service is always incredibly slow and staff gives off the vibe that they’d like to be anywhere but there, which is the culture the owner of this franchise had created (I’ve seen how they interact with their workers first hand, it’s wild someone would treat their staff so poorly in front of customers). I really wanted to give a shout out to the entire staff working on 5/6/23 between 5pm-6pm. I recieved an amazing UberEats order prepared by that staff. I NEVER write reviews, but the food was fresh, and picture perfect. That does not happen often with fast food delivery orders. Thank you to the staff that made my delicious order, and I will make sure that all my Firehouse orders come from this location from now on. Please give the staff a thank you from me.

This location always goes above and beyond. I am lactose intolerant and allergic to eggs. The staff has never give me a weird look or questioned me when I ask for no cheese or sauces. I love that. I get questioning looks anytime I ask for no dairy or egg items and it’s nice to not have to explain all the time. Here they don’t “care” like it’s none of their business, their business is sandwiches lol

Some of the girls there are rude to me before I even say a word. They never adhere to the substitutions I requested such as extra toasted bread, no mustard etc. the bread will be smashed or soggy from excess mayo. It’s sad because I used to go to the Goodyear location and theirs was amazing everytime. I give up on this Firehouse and it’s manager.

Food is consistently good, however the food is never ready when promised after ordering online. Very frustrating to have to wait another 10-15 minutes after being told it would be ready at a certain time. This happens quite often. No discount or apology offered.
