This is my second visit here friendly staff. The subs we ordered were hot and good bread was soft. My only complaint was the cookies which were dry and needed to be thrown away. Stop serving cookies beyond the time on it. There is a reason why times are on it. Everything looked clean and organized.

Christy the person who was a manager had the nastiest attitude to her team members, one of which who was obviously learning the job. She had someone else training them and then had a nasty attitude when they made a mistake. Also had an attitude with the only two customers in the place. Might not want to run off what little customers you have.

The service was fast and the woman who took our order was polite and helpful. The food turned out well and filled me up! My sister and I wanted to split a sandwich and when the employee taking care of us realized that, she gave us two separate baskets so we wouldn’t have to share one. I will be glad to return!

Ordered a large club on a sub. They gave us the wrong sandwich. They fixed us another one to replace it. It did not have cheese on half the sandwich and had no mustard and no bacon. This was the 3rd time we had eaten there lately, but first time we were dissatisfied with our meal. We told the gentleman there was no bacon and it seemed like he just gave up and refunded our money. There were other people there that had been waiting for their order for a long time.

This was my first time ever eating at Firehouse and it was a good experience. The people working were so nice and very patient with me as I took the time to figure out the menu. The customer service is absolutely top notch. They also have one of those amazing Coke machines if you want a fancy Coke but you don’t want to go to Zaxbys. I thoroughly enjoyed my sandwich. The only con of this store is that it’s kinda cramped, so it isn’t the kinda place you wanna linger. It shouldn’t matter if you’re in a rush or going to eat elsewhere though.

I can’t even give them one star because I had never experienced service like we received today. When we arrived there were two caucasian males waiting for their food. We ordered then a caucasian female and black female came in and another caucasian male also. Long story short they were in no hurry to make sure we was served in a timely manner ohhh and did I forget the lady and male caucasian was served ahead of our order it couldn’t have been been because we had a larger order because the lady even said hey they were here way before me and I got three sandwiches. Hmm just treat everyone the same.
