Rude workers and even ruder owner, Tony Pietsch. Go elsewhere if you expect basic courtesy as Tony apparently has no manners and his attitude has emboldened the workers at his sandwich shops to behave poorly too.

For a chain restaurant, Firehouse is easily above and beyond the norm. Even the bad locations are amazing. This one here in Milton though is the one I’ve probably been to the most in my life, and I have never had a bad experience there. That brisket sandwich is decadent, one of the tastiest things in the world. I love y’all, God bless.
