I have eaten at this locally owned Firehouse for years. Maybe close to 15 years or longer. The owner who used to work there is a great guy and the business donates to a great cause. Firehouse is my first choice when it comes to a sandwich in Montgomery. My favorite is the Italian club +bacon but the meatball sub is great. My wife loves the hook and ladder with chopped pickles. Great chip selection and the drink machine is a Freestyle which I always enjoy. If you haven’t tried a steamed sub I suggest you give it a go.

Love firehouse, tried this location twice. Both times asked for banana peppers and black olives to be added to a sandwich both times they were not added. Sandwiches were drenched in Mayo which made the bread soggy. Staff isn’t very friendly. Said thanks as I grabbed my order and all three workers just stared at me lol might try a different location next time.

They were extremely short staff . Store was nasty and score was a 88 on ATL Highway . Wrong sandwich was given. The line was too long to go back and get order fixed .. this location need serious work . I used my rewards and it was wasted due to getting the wrong sandwich and size .!

They made my sandwich Perfectly! I could taste everything with each bite! I was a bit skeptical when I arrived because the 2 guys making sandwiches looked exhausted and Ifelt they probablyjust throwing some things together… I actually felt bad for them. And the crazy part was, the cashier is sitting on a stool while these guys trying to rush and get orders out and she wasn’t doing a thing!

Never had a firehouse sub this awful. Ordered the steak and cheese sub with onions, bell pepper, mayo and deli mustard only got meat and cheese. Took it back in and the girl running the place was rude and said they didn’t have any onions, bell pepper or mustard. I’m like why didn’t you tell me this at the start. Will not be eating at this location ever again.

Denicco the GM there was awesome, told him my son never had a meatball sub before and he took extra care making one of the best I’ve ever had. Unprofessional staff. Big kid cashier thought it was appropriate to yell rOlL tIdE in my face upon receiving my card to pay and continued to harass me by saying I shouldn’t be in there. I was polite and never said anything aside from placing my order. However, I did find it interesting that it wasn’t until I paid that the harassment began and people that came in after me and ordered received their food before me. Welcome to Montgomery
