We bought 2 large hero subs. The biggest mistake I made was stopping to eat there. The subs are tasteless including the bread. So, we thought we could make them better at home, no success. The other sub should been returned at the store or tossed. Plus I was up most of the night because the sub gave me diarrhea and stomach cramps. We won’t be back again. Eating at fast food resturants aren’t worth. America’s taste buds are ruined and no longer know what good food is. We have forgot about a good home cooked meal is.

We just had lunch at Firehouse in Montgomery Plaza. Wow! What a terrific experience!!! First off, this is the cleanest restaurant either of us have ever seen. Someone, in between customers, is always cleaning up the eating area. The entire place is spotless, including the restroom. The employees are very friendly, happy and very willing to do anything their customers need. They greet you when you enter, they say thank you and goodbye when you leave. The food is flawless! Everything is very very fresh, the meats are perfectly cooked, and your order will be exactly what you requested. If you want a magnificent, satisfying meal, please try the Firehouse Subs in Montgomery Plaza. You’ll be really delighted you did!!! Thanks for reading. Now go get yourself a great sandwich!

I’ve always enjoyed going to firehouse subs especially for the assortment of hot sauces that you were able to pair with your meal. Sadly that was not up to par the last time I attended. Frankly it diminished what I had hoped for when eating here.

This is by far the worst firehouse I have ever been too. Service was poor at best. I asked for a salad and they put it in a small to go container just meat, no lettuce, no toppings NOTHING. I asked about it and was treated poorly for asking for clarification.
