Dear management: I will never eat there again until you bring back the hot sauces. Your sandwiches are mediocre. What really set them off was the variety of hot sauces. I can’t justify eating there again until you bring back the sauces. Even during the pandemic, you didn’t have to get rid of them. You could have just put them in the back, put them on the menu, and had you employees doll them out. Bring back the sauces!!!!!

Every visit is always great. The staff is so welcoming and cheerful. They do a great job with cleaning the whole place and my son loves the firehouse decor. There are many different options available from salads to soup or chili and subs. I was even able to substitute ham for more Turkey. The chocolate chip cookies and brownies are delicious. There are different Drink options available they have the Coke unlimited machine, sweet tea and unsweetened tea and a beverage cooler. The service was fast and I love that the subs comes out hot and fresh.

Have eaten here before and food is always adequate. Arrived tonight at 8:45pm. Hours of operation on door said that it closed at 9pm, but all of the doors were locked, open sign was turned off and 2 employees inside would not even look at the door. No sign on door saying “closing early” or anything. Looked like the employees just wanted to get out early with no one noticing so decided to just lock the doors early and ignore everyone. Poor customer service. I ate at the place next door instead. They closed at 9pm also, but served me my to-go order with no problem.
