Order this small, hook and ladder sandwich with chips and a fountain water. Sandwich is $5.79 and the bill came to 10.19. I asked the cashier how can it be $5.79 and come out to $10.19. She said, I don’t know inflation? I asked to speak to the manager and he did change. It gave me up in a fountain drink for $3.49. I asked the manager to please train his people. He just looked at me didn’t even say that he was sorry and I asked her to please listen to what people want to order and not just give them what she wanted to charge them. This sandwich hardly had any meat on it. I guess they were mad at me. I used to like to come here, but I don’t think I’ll be back plus all of the tables look like they had not been clean since yesterday. Very poor management.

Not just this location, but firehouse subs in general. I will never eat at any of their establishments again. First they made all their sandwiches smaller but they’re not charging any less, secondly Covid is gone and they still have not gotten the hot sauce bar back. So I guess it’s gone for good so now all they have is their bland sandwiches with no hot sauce. They were already mostly bread anyways.

FHS #774, Please work on your app and online order site.. 1 out of 3 your app is not working, your online order site is very very very slow, at times it will only take orders as guest user(s). No one seems to be available to take phone orders. We end up driving and ordering take out at the restaurant which takes a little longer. – When we do, they keep adding onions and mustard when we request none – well noted on the receipt – With these reason we have deffered to order else where many time. Hope this can be fixed…

If you were thinking about eating here, don’t. Employees look dirty, food had a dirty dish water taste to it. Terrible presentation. Little Kids behind the counter; clearly the job doesn’t pay enough to afford daycare. Horrible experience overall.
