I ordered through the app. We ordered three subs and neither of them were correct. The quality of the subs were the worst we’ve ever had at firehouse. We will not be ordering from firehouse for a while, I’m hopes they get it back together.

Dropped the ball today. Out of the sub I ordered, (out of meatballs when it’s your big promo item), out of the cookies I ordered, and out of coca cola. Manager, Collin, took care of me despite me messing up the order. Accidentally scheduled for the wrong time. When I called her personally let me know he would have it ready when I needed it. Great customer service. I’ll definitely will be back as long as he is running the ship.

Mobile order wasn’t started until I walked in and pointed out that I had a mobile order that I was waiting on and then they noticed that it was on the machine. Once the food was finished they didn’t read the ticket to realize that I had a gallon of tea on the mobile order and spent an additional 5 to 10 minutes trying to figure out how to get a gallon of tea together and where to find a lid. Throughout the visit there were multiple team members standing around that could have all been checking on the order to make sure that things were done any timely manner. I’m hoping that the Personnel that were there tonight were there for training and that their service will improve.
